Due to the nature of our custom products, we only accept returns/exchanges if you receive a flawed or damaged item.  If you receive a damaged or flawed item, please contact us within 14 days so that we may fix the error.  After 14 days items will not be eligible for repair or replacement.

We do not keep stock.  Each item is imprinted according to your specifications when you place your order.  Because of this we do not accept return/exchanges on items that were ordered in the wrong size, with a misspelled name, etc.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Additionally, please check your items carefully upon delivery. If we make an error during the printing process, or if a product is flawed upon arrival, we are always happy to fix it. Please send an email through our "contact us" page  to receive return approval and instructions.
