Production Times

All orders are custom imprinted and may take up to 14 business days for completion. 


Your  estimated ship date is 14 business days from the date the order was placed.  You will receive an email containing your tracking information  once your order has shipped.


Additional shipping estimates are not available.  Because of this, we are unable to respond to emails requesting additional information.

Free Event Pick Up

Enjoy free pickup at any event we are attending.  You will see this as a shipping option during checkout.

Can I Call In My Order?

For your protection, credit card payments can be made only online through our secure servers.  Credit card payments cannot be taken over the phone.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and/or replacements are accepted only if an item is flawed or damaged. 


If you have received a flawed or damaged item please contact us within 30 days for return or replacement.  

Red Hat is not responsible for errors made by customers during order placement.  Please check your order carefully before submitting.  Please contact us with any questions prior to placing your order. All sales are final.

Donations

If you are hosting an event and wish to receive donations, please send an email that includes the event information along with your personal information. 

Rush Services

Are available upon request.  Please contact us for further information.

Shipping Times

USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 days.  USPS Parcel Post takes 3-10 days. UPS Ground takes 1-7 days.  These times are in addition to your production time. Red Hat is not responsible for shipping times once a package has left our facility.

Delay in Service

Red Hat will not be held responsible for delays in service for any of the following reasons:  weather, stock quantities, incorrect order information any other unforeseen condition that is not the responsibility of Red Hat. 

Promo Codes and Discounts

One promo code per order. Codes cannot be combined with any other specials.
 

Imprinting Changes

On occasion an item is not able to be imprinted in the way originally intended.  This sometimes happens due to sizing, material, availability, location, etc.  In this event, the imprint will be placed in the best location possible for that product. Changes of imprint are made at the sole discretion of the printer. 

Problem Resolution

Any problems regarding completed orders must be addressed within 30 days of product shipment. Red Hat will not be held liable for customer errors.  Replacement/repair will happen that the sole discretion of Red Hat. Red Hat will not be held liable for any errors on any part nor discuss any orders after the 30 day period. 

Refusal of Service

We treat our customers with respect and expect the same in return.  Red Hat reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
